Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with Stratum Advisors' Meta or WhatsApp communications. Email info@stratumadvisors.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and identify the email address or telephone number used.

We may verify your identity and clarify the scope of the request. Requests are assessed reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. Information may be retained where reasonably required or permitted for legal, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or recordkeeping purposes.

Documents received through unrelated business channels, including unsolicited job applications or résumés sent by email, are handled under our general Privacy notice and applicable law rather than being automatically deleted through this Meta-app process.
